In a world much like ours reshaped by an unknown supernatural phenomenon, a new and terrifying creature has emerged. These entities, born from the darkest pits of human desires and emotions, have turned the landscape into a twisted, nightmarish where the limits of sanity and monster blur. These monsters are not just monsters but are driven by the extreme manifestations of human emotions—desires left unfulfilled, fears unspoken, and heartaches unheeded.

In the middle of this uproar, Akira finds himself in a harsh situation. Trapped in the hospital now overrun by these beings, Akira's goal is the safety of his young sister, who is frail and sickly. The hospital, once a place of healing, has become a place of terror where every corridor is not a place to stop. The walls echo with the cries of those who are mentally strong but were being hunted by those who lost to their heart's wants.

Will Akira make it through? If he does, will his sister be safe too? What caused this mysterious supernatural event? What kind of creatures are they? Such questions will remain unanswered until it delves into the very heart of Akira's journey.
