In the shadowed space between life and death lies Purgatory aka the second realm, a hidden realm that mirrors our world in every detail—except for one crucial difference: it’s completely devoid of life.

This realm is accessible to both the living and the dead, but only a select few humans, called PURGERS, possess the ability to enter it through deep sleep.

The Second Realm, synchronized with the primary world, updates every 24 hours at precisely 21:08, reflecting the primary realm.

At the helm of this secret order is Isaac Mulder, the revered protector of the Primary Realm. Pushing into his seventies, Isaac is the last of his lineage and mentor/role model to nearly every Purger alive today and he is on a quest to find a worthy successor.

With his retirement looming, Isaac has his eyes on two candidates: Jenin and Megan Horta, a power couple with an impressive success rate in their purging missions. However, fate takes an unexpected turn when Isaac encounters an unknown Purger's unique energy. Intrigued and determined, Isaac marks this mysterious individual with his own energy, setting off on a mission to track down this potential new hope.
