   Max who has never had a place among the CCP's struggles as the best friend of the most popular one. He has spent his awkward junior year, loving and desiring her in the shadows but senior year comes and he's ready for more, becoming the most sought-after guy in the Academy unfazed him, he only wants her and by God, he would make her want him too.
   Cleo has never been the lead. Always, she stands behind or she gets shoved away. Bot no more! She is here and she is here to stay. As she navigates her way through the lies, plots, and schemes that make up high school, she uncovers her inner self and begins to find happiness.
