Ralo Culsik is a 16 year old teenage boy working and living on the man-made factory planet Hulsteo, along with his friends and family. Due to his contentment with his current life, Ralo has never once left the planet, although even if he wanted to, he wouldn't know how. One night, in an attempt to see the fabled Oalision Meteor Shower for the first time in his life, Ralo climbs to the highest towers and pipes on Hulsteo to see the meteor shower above the smog that perpetually covers the planet. Little does Ralo know, this action that will change his life forever...
