Broken World is a four part series.  Volume 01 focuses on the introduction and history of the characters involved.  
A town called Kowareta Sekai City is town with regular abnormalities.  A town where odd is normal and normal is weak.  A young boy, Felix Fletcher, finds this extremely convenient after he returns from a Juvenile Correctional Centre.  His mission?  To escape this town.  However, with assassins and war clans after him, this becomes quite the hassle.  What will unfold as Felix draws closer to his goal?
