Alec Voldman, also known as Jester, is the strongest living Assassin on Planet E3. And he only needs one final mission to regain the freedom he never had from the seemingly omnipotent Neon Conglomerate, the ruling power of the Galactic Federation. 

He served as their go-to executioner whenever uprisings emerged within their sphere of influence, and he worked as their spy to counter illegal gangs that threatened to dismantle their iron grip on their territories. 

Now, it is time for him to sheathe his blade and embrace the life of a normal human being on the Galactic Capital, Planet E3.

However, there is more to his purpose than meets the eye.

Things go awry when the Game Master System awakens in Alec, and little by little the Mysteries surrounding his purpose na d the secrets hidden by the Neon Conglomerate begin to surface. The Neon Conglomerate which was once his home, becomes his biggest enemy.
