Zenthia, a land that is known as the "God's Playground", is home to many swordmen villages. Each village sabotages the other to gain complete rule over Zenthia. It is said that whoever rules Zenthia gets the honour to meet the Creator of Zenthia, Izanagi.
 Okami village is one such village of skilled swordsmen. But a sudden incident changes everything, a rogue swordsman, Sanzoku Kenzo, annihilates this village. Kenzo has only one ambition, to Rule over Zenthia, all by himself. But a prodigy rises to cripple his plans to rule the land.
