This story evolves with the life of an 18-year old girl whose name is Rikka, who lives with people who like cats and this causes her to sometimes wish to be one. Because of her consistent wishes, the fairy of Cat Kingdom, turned her into a cat and the only way to turn her back as human again is to make someone who hated cats loved them.
