Man and spirits lived in harmony. Until the spirits returned to their realm. They left man with a gift to connect to them before leaving. Man full of pride,they fought to prove who's stronger and also destroyed everything. 
A group of people jointed their power together to get help from the spirits. The spirits gave them power above every other man who existed. They fought against thousand, millions of armies and were always victorious. 
Alot of people try to stop them, they were given more power but not by the same spirits but dark spirits. They fought and fought,then sealed them away.
