The human race has always inhabited by demons since the 14th century up until now and they have been losing every battle waged upon them ever since.But with each battle lost the demons were getting stronger and stronger while the humans were getting weaker and weaker until they were about to cross a treshhold of extinction.When the demons waged upon the final war determining the victory of the demon race a mysterious organisation with incredibile strength and vitality came and won the war for the human race and they called themselves demon slayers.Ever since then humans kept winning every war with the help of the ancient families of demon slayers.

 Kisame was the only daughter of a reputed family of demon slayers as her world came crumbling down after her mother left her and her little brother to their abusive father.
