When gate of hell accidentally unlocked, the evil spirits from the other realm came to the world of the mortals to corrupt human's mind and commit mischiefs. DHO stands Demon Hunters Organization make a move to destroy the league of evils. They developed a group of demon hunters to send the spirits back to their original places.

Alastair 'Alas' Sevilla, an ordinary kid with nothing special in him accidentally possesed by a Fighting Spirit, a spirit that lives in a Hunter's body that makes them numerous times stronger than a typical human. Thereupon that incident, he met Dayami, Liwanag and Alon, the members of Team Uno, the weakest Hunter Squad on their region who tried to recruit him.
