After a series of wars that led to the fall of governments around the world, Earth was left with maby desolate lands filled with atomic radiation.
Earth was built up again under the direction of the council(a group of organisations, companies and families including the military). 
During the reconstruction of structures, a construction worker discovers some bones which later are discovered to be fossils of some medieval creature, many more are discovered around the world and scientists are put to the test to find a way of creating superhuman soldiers but in end create lycans. During one of the events, the Order, one of the terrorist organisation causes an explosion which leads to .................................''..........
