A promise made,a vow given.she fell in love with him when he helped her up after a bad fall when she was just six and he was eight.

I remember being teary eyed and thanking him in between sobs" thank you big brother", he gave her a toothed grin " I will become a soldier some day,if I can't help you today how will I help others in future".

Those broad shoulders,those deep eyes made me believe that he will be the only one for me.

His dreams did come true in the future but mine was left with broken heart " Shree,I can't marry you anymore " just that and nothing more was written in that letter.

But I will not be pacified by those five words, because those words were nothing as compared to the promises we made together.

I will fight with tooth and nail with him and I will make him in love with me again.

This is a silly and simple love story with few heart breaks.
