Tom Davis had been looking to buy a house for the last few years. He had been searching on realestate.com, zigzag and other portals to buy an affordable home. But he could never find one that fit his requirements and budget. So he kept on postponing the purchase. However, with his growing family, finding an affordable home became even more difficult. 
One day while Googling homes to rent in greater Pune city in Maharashtra state of India, he saw an ad that changed his life forever: “Rent house instead of buying it! Get monthly rentals with no maintenance cost!” He immediately called up the number provided in the ad and spoke to a woman named Uma about renting out his house instead of buying it outright. She asked him how soon he could vacate from his home so she could send someone to check it out as well as put up a rental agreement for him with Zestors -an apartment rental service provider based in Deccan locality of Greater Pune..
