A catastrophe of land being brought up from the ocean floors. Monsters raging onto humans of all different continents, known as 'The day of the rising rage from the universe' or in simpler terms: 'rage day'.
But people also started to awaken powers and pushed the monsters back into their land, and to keep them in, made walls surrounding that whole territory.

Jess Yu, a normal citizen who wants to awaken as an F rank so he can stop being babied by his older brother, Ezel Yu, who will not let him go anywhere without someone watching him, yet still to swim in his brother's wealth while relaxing, encounters a horrible day. One worse then 'rage day' making him awaken.
