In the year of 2009, Anna Archer was teleported to a city of Tokyo near the hospital there she went through labor and doctors aided her, after she give birth in the Emergency room she died leaving the child motherless. 17 years later the child that was born that day is now a teenager name Ren Han his adopted mother is Lisa Han and her young 7 year old daughter Lee Han. Ren and Lee Han goes to the same school called JinShin High and Elementary school. Ren's best friend from childhood is Nick Underhood, his ex girlfriend Annalise Warden and her new lover Josh North, Ren's nemesis, there were all classmates dealing with normal high school dramas. Until one day an emergency management agency locked down the entire school with everyone still inside informing them on their phones that there is an unusual virus that has occurred and infected both people and students from lower and high forms it called the lycanphony. But unfortunately they couldn't contain everyone in the school which caused the entire city of Tokyo Japan to be infected the higher ups decided it's best to nuked tokyo in 10 days. Will Ren's friend, Adopting mother, sister, and others get out of Japan safely without being infected and before the nuke destroyed the whole of Tokyo with everyone in it? Or will they suffer the consequences of the new virus and infect all?.
