Skylar Xie was abandoned by their parents and taken in by the Xie family. Although they are a member of one of the richest families in the city of Beiyang, Soreli is their only friend. In a world where many aristocratic bloodlines have individuals who can cultivate powers, Skylar's abilities stand out. Despite their hardest efforts, Skylar can't seem to find anybody who wants to hire them.

AN: I started writing this because I read many stories with similar themes, but they end up being either bl, or hetero romances and I just wanted to make one with wlw representation.
