Keith was all alone in the world. He was bullied for being an orphan and being weak.

His life shifted when creatures from another world known as Ethers attacked the planet. Otherworldly beings known as Zodiacs hosted 88 humans to fight off these creatures, they were thereby known as Espers. 

He was one of them, gaining the power of Ophiucus, the forsaken powerless Zodiac. Or so they thought. Little did they know, Keith had the ability to harness an Ether's powers but on one condition. He must eat their core.
