On first it is only real life-graphics game, only later the players learned that they can actually learn certain real life skill or maybe fantasy skill by finishing certain missions or conditions. And by learning this the world no longer calm. 

A certain person who got failed on mathematics in exam actually solved world class mathematics problem. 
And the one who even afraid of killing ants became ranked assassin. 
And a 'verge on death' old man actually come back to life and became magical healer.
  
  The world become chaos. There is no longer rules given by government, Only 'Strong Rules'. 
  
  What is this game? Why and How players learn skills by finishing 'certain conditions'? What purpose is this establish? how are the government handles? and...
