As a weakened Poseidon the last pillar god took his final breath he split his souls in two a system for his successor and a snake-fox one of the 12 pillar beast.

Level 1 hunter Ashborn had been a hunter for the past three years and had stayed at the same level. He was born with a malfunctioned claw code that claws at his neck leaving permanent scars and disappearing forever.

He stumbled along this snake-fox when abandoned by his squad for being a disabled person who was level 1. He quickly killed it out of frustration and found that his choice of weapon ( trident ) had know a heavenly aura and he had been gifted the ability to steal codes from other beings! Without any knowledge of why he got this power, or where the other half of Poseidon’s souls went he became the highest level hunter ever!
