Bored one day, Jared and his friends decided to check out a new Virtual Reality (VR) game center that had just opened to the public at their local mall. Little did Jared know that his life was going to change forever. Due to the lack of precautions taken for lightning thunderstorm, the mall where Jared and his friends were at was struck by countless lightning.

Jared who was plugged in and had just entered the VR game was then sucked into another world-- assumingly, the game world which holds a strong resemblance to his original world aside from a number of differences. 

Similar to the original world, there was a deadly flu-like virus that was being spread. The pandemic resulted in many deaths and after months, the several types of vaccines were finally cultivated. However, in the new world, one of those vaccines was corrupted which led to the creation of a mutation in the human body-- a zombie virus.

Will Jared ever return to his world?
