There was a time when Krazvamora was a peaceful place to live. But that was long before the rise of the Crimson Council, the Winter King, or the witches themselves. Nowadays, Krazvamora is a living nightmare. Vampires who play power games too high and then fall with their wings of greed broken. Miserable humans that fight at any cost for survival, consumed by hunger and easy to crush. Beautiful witches, once powerful sorceresses, but now used by the richest, licking their boots for a little pity.

And it was in this living hell that Sophie and Henrietta were born. Fruit of the love of a witch and a human, one got the Wonders running in her veins, other the beauty of a blooming rose. To survive this bloody scenario, they created a scheme to profit in a world that didn't want them. But after so many years of meticulous work, the light reached the truth, and now the Council wants revenge. Or at least to make them suffer a fair amount of pain. 

They give Sophie a horse, a dagger, and a deal: she must kill the cursed Winter King until the cold breaks through the woods in exchange for Henrietta's life.
