As the former world leader of modern earth, Julian could have all the thing someone could wish for. Money, women, statut, all of these were something that were incredibly easy to obtain. But despite having the dream of everyman being a granted thing for him, since he had united all of earth with his own two hands, life was nothing but dull and void of meaning.

He realised that the true reward was not the end goal, but the journey to achieve it. He was craving to feel the adrenaline of destroying any obstacles in his path. But more importantly, he was craving genuine friendship, love and relationship. Something that was all but impossible when you were such a public personality.
As the saying goes, it is incredibly lonely at the top.

As time passed, he had finally enough and decided to sacrifice himself for the people of earth, destroying publicly a terrorist organization that was nothing but a crazy cult dedicated to kill innocents.

After his death, he is summoned to be judged for his actions by a goddess, and is therefore granted 4 limited wishes.

Oh right, did I mention that Julian is a closet otaku?
