He wasn't capable of answering this question. 

“Was it worth risking your sanity in order to save your lover?”
This was a question he already took a decision upon 


Drev lived a normal life on Mars until he received a message from a woman asking him to return to earth, where it all began. He felt like he was looking at a ghost, since the woman who sent him this video message was his wife who had passed away 3 years ago, whom he had cremated with his own hands.
Thus he found himself, a lone man, on a solo mission to meet his ‘dead wife’.
Being unsure of what he would face upon returning to earth, he brought with him his invention, his magnum opus, a gauntlet that controlled time.
While this God-like power had its benefits, it came with a price - the wearer's mental state declined with each use 
Would he go to any lengths to reunite with his deceased wife? The gauntlet empowered him with god-like powers, but was he prepared to harness them? What awaited him in the neon city of Neo New York?
And what adversities did he have to overcome to save the life of his ‘dead wife’?
