Believing that humanity itself is to blame for his misfortunes and that humanity is altogether a cancer and disease, Isaac takes on the personality of one of the most iconic identities in history: The Plague Doctor in order to cure the world by simply destroying it as a whole. 

But where there is darkness, light shines, and Ethan Summers, a former marine corps member is this light that must find a way to stop a foe whose power grows from an infinite source of sadness and anger.
