Obedience Orchid was the daughter of Duke Garroth Orchid and his wife Violet Orchid. All together they had six children, Obedience being the eldest. She has pretty long curly red hair, and light grey eyes, with light freckles sprinkling her cheeks and the bridge of her nose. She and her mother came down with a life threatening illness, and while her mother gave her life.. It was only Obbi’s speech that was affected.

Allen Witcher was a man who came from a rather poor family. He's also a knight, and being sent on a mission to defeat a dragon supposedly descended from the Devil himself. 

The night before Allen has to leave, he and Obedience get married. It's not til five years later that he returns, and realizes his wife isn't as happy as he thought.

Book 1. Takes place in 1765 on to 1772.
