Our worst fear and every conservative politician's least favourite fantasy movie has come true; the world has sunk. All that remains of civilization are a group of island nations and chunks of the Middle East. 

However all is not loom and gloom for Natalia Astle and her friends Dave, Taiko and Rita, because even after an apocalypse, all teenagers can feel are hormones and trends.

Their days of bliss are ended abruptly when Nat's new camera captures the image of a four eyed monster. This sets them off on a journey filled with dangers, lets them discover their inner power, and eventually helps them uncover the truth behind this world, and why it is the way it is.
