What do you do when your fish dies? Do you spin a tune as it flushes down the toilet? And what about all the other small creatures that die, where do they go? Well, what if all those creature's souls collected and came back for revenge?
Kio, a sixteen-year-old horned lizard, was one of these poor beings when his supposed family thought he was dead and tossed him down the swirling bowl of no return. 
Now he has reincarnated in the body of a sixteen-year-old boy and plans to take his revenge for all tossed away creatures by attending the academy where all children must go when they gain their powers at the age of sixteen.
