In the year 1689, a warlord by the name of Suteko Iwasaki decided to rise against the injustice of the land called Shihou. She is the warlord of the Kingdom of Zuris and hold the ability to conjure Lightning and Darkness to her will. Most people in the land call her the Shadow Levin Empress, others call her a fool for her dream of conquering all kingdoms of the land of Shihou to create peace. 

Her biggest rival and target is a man named Zaro Kurenai. Head of the Kurenai Clan and wielder of ancient power, Zaro reigns as the Ruler of Shihou. Suteko knows in order to create peace for her people and all others, she needs to defeat Zaro and end the wars once and for all.
