18-year-old Tyler Baxter lives a pretty good life. He is the quarterback for the High School football team, insanely good looking and he can get any guy he wants. On top of that, he got a football scholarship to Stanford University and a chance to take on the college life with his best friend by his side. 

But a few weeks before college, during a physical examination, Tyler's life takes a turn for the worst.
