Nancy was a normal 23rd century military officer and an inhabitant of Ocsart whose brother was sent to investigate the authencity of a claim of a Gundamium deposit on Europa.
She has been working on a project called the Bow an Arrow which is intended as a military weapon against Earth. And then she received the news that her brothert, Oliver,  has gone missing on the Gundamium mine. Nancy has to abondon her project and go in search of her brother.
When her brothet becomes the Arrow, she has to become the bow to save the world
