A sole continent at the center of the vast ocean where a dark lord once ruled and dominated every kingdom it clashes is now in ruins. Be it above or below his legend still remains that even the devils fear him. 

The once indestructible Kingdom is now famous to be a place of cold desert forming a pile of corpse and skeletons everywhere, a wasteland. While at the center of the island was the standing silhouette of the dark lord's corpse. No one dared to go touch it, neither go near the dead corpse, that is why hundreds of years have passed already but the body of the dark lord is still standing at the center of the island, the dark continent.

"What? Wait. This place is familiar but..."

Morning came

"What were those broken memories? Really weird and bothersome. I do hope I will not have those dreams again!"

"Rothe! Are you awake? Come here and help me fire the woods, I'll make the soup then we are ready for breakfast. We need to be faster for us to be able to sell in the marketplace."

A middle-aged adult called the 8 years old Rothe for a hand as they were always in a hurry for them to occupy a public marketplace vendor. It's first come first serve, so before the sun shines in the morning they need to find an unoccupied vendor stall already for them to sell their fresh fishes and stocks of bread. 

"The meal was great! Thanks, mom! You are the best! You are the one that's always looking out for me. Hmph, I wonder where dad is?"

"DEATH!"

Rothe suddenly froze when he heard someone whispered in his ears. But that was only in his head. 

"Rothe, are you okay? What's wrong?"
The boy's mother was worried for his son suddenly stopped walking and dropped the basket full of fishes.

"I'll kill you!"

"What is happening? Rothe!"

"Rothe! Run!"

"Mother!"
