For nearly two centuries, the barrier has protected the city of Aster from threats on both sides of the wall. Outside, there's nothing but pollution, disease, and monsters. Inside people with unnatrual talents are blocked from using these powers unless they are able to serve the city. Alva, Candice, Rick, and Danny are four teens who make up the main force of Unit 22 and it is their job to deal with criminals and situations that couldn't normally be handeled by anyone else. However, when a resistance group appears to break the barrier and destroy the wall, things get a whole lot more complicated.
