In a modern totalitarian era with an increasing human population, the government decided to make an underwater amusement park. An amateur journalist who aspire to be a professional one was taking a shot of places and strayed into a place which is forbidden to the public has came to have an idea about the government's plan, and  was caught in to act of spying and was injected a mixed narcotic drug which has a surprising side effects which leads the journalist to investigate crimes emerging around the city, the journalist eventually met a firm lawyer and collaborated in solving the enigma.
