Serafina Marie Consuelo is having vacation with her grandmother in Bulacan. Her lola Azul is living in an old ancestral house of the most richest family in Bulacan, the Acosta family. Her ancestors are loyal servants to this family. Since her parents died when she was young, she lives with her aunt in Manila.

 One day she saw a very beautiful rose, it has a crimson red color that makes you want to touch it. It is planted in a vase. There are words written on the vase,

 Since I betrayed you and I'm full of filth.
 I will repent for my sins
 This rose symbolizes my guilt.
 It'll never bloom nor wilt.

 A drop of blood of my beloved,
 It's magic will be activated.
 I will meet you sooner.
 Thus, you'll stay with me forever.

 She touched the rose and accidentally cut by the thorns. A drop of blood spill and went to the rose. A light came from nowhere made her close her eyes. After she opens her eyes, she was in a different world.

 Mysteries surround the house and the truth will be told. Is she connected to the crimson rose?
