Her life at home has always been difficult with the lack of a father's presence and a neglectful, verbally abusive mother. 

but there one person who was always there for her and that was Her uncle, by marriage, Erik Donovan. 

From a young age he took care of her.. but he himself wasn't so typical either. He had his fetishes and likes and dislikes. 

These were not unknown to Natasha but she still accepted them. 

He was the one person she could count on..

Especially when her mother kicked her to the curb. And with a nonexistent father not there to help, where else was she to go?
