One night while going to bed,
Roshani started the conversation and said "Ansh has grown up now and I want to restart my work ".
Siddharth was working on his laptop gave a mesmerizing look at her and replied saying , ' Ask mom if she will be able to handle Ansh alone the whole day? 
Roshani with her silent desire of restarting her career slept.
Next morning while preparing breakfast she heard Ansh was laughing while playing with his Grandma
Roshani asked her mother in law- Mummyji Ansh has started being comfortable with you now.
Her mother in law replies: Why not? I am his Grandmaa. Roshani you can start your work if you wish to, I will be able to handle Ansh in day time.
Siddharth looked shocked. He has always thought he will have to face the common quarrels between Mom and wife but neither Roshani nor his mother gave him this chance even once in 5 years of his marriage.
He was thinking, What has changed?
Has Mother in law become Mother?
Or its Daughter in law who has changed ?
