But with Magic spreading all over the countries & being used in Military there has been illegal ways to become one. A magical drug called: Akai gan'yaku also known as Aganku has been created & tested on over a million of young girls.

Aitsuki Adachihara has been offered this drug & joins the IMMS (Illegal Magical Military Society). They smuggle about almost anything magical & are in a constant war with the magical military. 

Aitsuki knows she’s a bad guy but will do anything to serve her Queen who saves her from her abusive father.
