She was taken as a prisoner of war alongside her mother. Her father presumed dead in the attack on her town.  Her purpose was sealed as a mistress to the war - lords son and heir. However her fate changed and she was rescued alongside her mother and other prisoners by a soldier.

They return with him to his mercenary base where she trains to become a soldier. She finds out she and the soldier have a common enemy and she seeks revenge for her father with his help. As they work together she can't help but fall in love with him and he feels the same.  Will this be the start of a love story between the two??
